Our search tool 🔍

Our objective is to list the constituents, possible toxicities, precautions for the use of a plant as well as the symptoms that it can relieve in accordance with the writings of specialists. Then, we regurgitate this knowledge in a synthesized way to help you get answers to your questions quickly and easily.

To date, the database includes 38 plants for 364 traditional uses. We add plants every month, stay tuned!

Why?

Because we know that finding the right information is not always easy, especially when books suggest different plants for the same problem. Moreover, on the Internet, untangling the science and experience of more or less disguised mercantilism can be an extremely laborious task.

How?

A limited version of the Phyto-info search tool is available for free. The full version is available to all our members. If you are a member, simply log in by clicking the button at the top of this page. Alternatively, you can become a member by clicking the button below!

It is true that you can find excellent sites about plants, but there is no guarantee that the information found will remain unchanged forever. Indeed, this information is likely to be updated by the webmaster or the owner of the site, it may even disappear. Referencing information from a book by giving, for example, the name of the author, the title, the publisher, the year of publication, whether it is a first edition or not, the page number, gives us the near certainty that this information is retrievable and searchable, in fact it will not change.
